Who can benefit from donated gametes?
Non-partner donation is a solution for those in whom it is not possible to collect their own reproductive cells (sperm or eggs) or the donated cells are abnormal and cannot be used in ART.

How are anonymous donors selected?
The selection of a sperm or egg donor is based on phenotypic characteristics. Patients are always asked to complete a phenotypic questionnaire, where they enter the features of their external appearance, such as eye colour, height, weight, hair colour, etc. The blood group of patients is also very important information. Based on these data, the doctor consults with the patients and selects the most suitable sperm or egg donor.
